Terms of service
💎 Administrator – also referred to as the Seller.
💎 Business Days – weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
💎 Delivery – the act of delivering the goods specified in the order to the Customer by the Seller, through the Supplier;
💎 Supplier – an entity with which the Seller cooperates in the delivery of goods, in particular a courier company or an intermediary operator in the delivery of parcels.
💎 Customer – an entity to which services may be provided electronically or with whom a Sales Agreement may be concluded;
💎 Seller (the person running an e-commerce store) – a micro-entrepreneur who conducts unregistered, small-scale gainful activity as an individual, which does not require entry in the CEIDG (Central Registration and Information on Business), provided that the conditions specified by law are met;

💎 Goods – a product presented by the Seller through the online store, which may be the subject of a Sales Agreement;
💎 Services – services provided by the Seller to Customers electronically within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
💎 Agreement – a distance sales agreement concluded, under the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions, between the Customer and the Seller;
💎 Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer, directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Goods.
👉 Copyright, Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the online store, including proprietary copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, its online domain, the store's website, as well as to templates, forms, and logos posted on the website, belong to the Seller, and may only be used in the manner specified in and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and with the Seller's written consent;
👉 Use of the Online Store
The Seller will endeavor to ensure that the online store is accessible to users using all popular web browsers, operating systems, device types, and internet connection types;
To place an order in the Online Store via the Store's Website or via email, and to use the services available on the store's website, the Customer must have an active email account;
The Customer is prohibited from providing illegal content or using the store, its website, or free services provided by the Seller in a manner that is contrary to the law, good practice, or that infringes the personal rights of third parties;
The Seller declares that the public nature of the network and the use of services provided electronically may involve the risk of unauthorized access and modification of Customer data. Therefore, Customers should use appropriate technical measures to minimize the threats mentioned above, including antivirus software and identity protection software. The Seller will never ask Customers to provide their account passwords or other sensitive data.
It is prohibited to use the store's resources and functions to conduct business that would infringe upon the Seller's interests.
👉 Registration
To create a Customer account, the Customer can register free of charge.
Registration is not required to place an order in the online store.
To register, the Customer must complete the registration form provided by the Seller on the store's website and submit the completed registration form electronically to the Seller by selecting the appropriate function within the registration form.
During registration, the Customer sets a unique password.
When completing the registration form, the Customer has the opportunity to review the Terms and Conditions and accept their content by checking the appropriate box on the form.
After submitting the completed registration form, the Customer will receive confirmation of registration from the Seller at the email address provided in the registration form.
At this point, a contract for the electronic provision of the "Customer Account Management" service is concluded, and the Customer will be able to access the Customer's account and make changes to the data provided during registration.
👉 Orders
The information contained on the Store's website does not constitute an offer by the Seller within the meaning of the Civil Code, but merely an invitation to Customers to submit offers to conclude a Sales Agreement.
The Customer may place orders in the Store via its website or email 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
A Customer placing an order through the Store's website, the Customer completes the order by selecting the Product(s) they are interested in. Products are added to the order by selecting the "ADD TO CART" button under the Product(s) presented on the Store's website. After completing the entire order and selecting the delivery and payment method in the "CART," the Customer places the order by sending the order form to the Seller, selecting the button on the Store's website responsible for finalizing and completing the ordering process.
Each time before the order is shipped to the Seller, the Customer is informed of the total price for the selected Product(s) and Delivery, as well as any additional costs they are required to incur in connection with the Sales Agreement.
Placing an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to enter into a Sales Agreement for the Products covered by the order.
After placing the order, the Seller sends a confirmation of its placement to the email address provided by the Customer.
Then, after confirming the order, the Seller sends a confirmation of the order acceptance to the email address provided by the Customer. Information about the acceptance of an order for fulfillment constitutes the Seller's declaration of acceptance of the offer referred to in the Terms and Conditions above, and upon its receipt by the Customer, a Sales Agreement is concluded.
After concluding the Sales Agreement, the Seller confirms its terms to the Customer by sending them to the Customer's email address or in writing to the address provided by the Customer during registration or ordering.
👉 Payments
The prices on the Store's website displayed for a given Product are gross prices.
The product prices on the Store's website do not include delivery costs.
Any other costs that the Customer will be obligated to incur in connection with the Sales Agreement and that may arise during the transaction will be provided to the Customer along with information about their chosen delivery method after placing the order.
When placing an order, the Customer can pay for the Product using several payment methods provided by the entity cooperating with the Store.
Within the available payment system, the Customer can complete their purchase by paying for it using one of the provided payment methods:
Cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, and UNION PAY;
Wallets: APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY;
Local payment methods: BANCONTACT, BLIK, and KLARNA;
If the Customer fails to pay on time, the Seller will set an additional payment deadline for the Customer and inform the Customer of this deadline;
If the second payment deadline expires, the Seller will send the Customer a declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement pursuant to Article 491 of the Civil Code;
👉 Delivery
The Seller provides delivery within Poland and outside Poland, in particular within the European Union.
The Seller is obligated to deliver the Goods subject to the Sales Agreement free of defects;
The order fulfillment period is counted in business days. By placing an order, the Customer chooses delivery via a courier company partnered with the Seller, a global logistics leader.
The order processing time includes:
- Handling Time, which is 1-4 business days;
- Transit Time, which is 2-7 business days.
- Orders are processed by 2:00 PM.
- Orders placed after this time are processed the next day.
Flat rated delivery charges apply:
- PLN 26 / EUR 6 / CZK 150 / SEK 65 / DKK 46
The Store reserves the right to change the shipping provider.
The delivery and order processing time indicated on the Store's website is calculated in business days.
References to European Union countries include: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Cyprus.
The ordered Goods are delivered to the Customer via the Supplier to the address provided in the order form.
On the day the Goods are shipped to the Customer, information confirming that the Seller has dispatched the shipment is sent to the Customer's email address.
The Customer is obligated to inspect the delivered shipment within the time and manner customary for such shipments. If any loss or damage is detected, the Customer has the right to request that a relevant report be drawn up by the Supplier's employee.
The Seller, at the Customer's request, attaches a receipt or VAT invoice covering the delivered Goods to the shipment.
If the Customer is not present at the address provided by them when placing the order as the delivery address, the Supplier's employee will leave a delivery note or attempt to contact them by phone to arrange a time when the Customer will be present. If the Supplier returns the ordered Goods to the store, the Seller will contact the Customer by email or phone, re-arranging the delivery date and cost.
The Customer should check the condition of the package upon receipt from the courier.
If the packaging shows visible external damage during transport, we recommend refusing to accept the package.
However, after paying the shipping fee or acknowledging receipt of the package, the package can also be opened, but only in the presence of the courier. If any discrepancies are found, please contact the courier and request a damage report. Be sure to retain this document and forward it to us.
👉 Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 30 days without giving any reason;
The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the date on which the Customer takes possession of the goods;
When withdrawing from the Agreement, the Seller must be informed of the withdrawal by letter sent by post, fax, or email;
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is considered null and void;
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivering the Goods (excluding additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which we receive information about the Customer's decision to withdraw from the Agreement;
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different solution;
If the Customer exercising the right of withdrawal chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Customer for any additional costs incurred;
The Seller has the right to withhold reimbursement until the Customer receives the goods or until proof of their return is provided, whichever occurs first;
In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement by a Customer who is a Consumer, the Seller assumes the direct costs of returning the goods, provided the Customer uses the self-service return procedure available at: https://account.generatethevibe.pl;
If, due to their nature, the goods cannot be returned by regular mail, the Seller will inform the Customer about the costs of returning the goods on the store's website;
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods;
