Return policy – We play fair ➡️ We know that online shopping can be quite a challenge. If, after trying on a T-shirt, you feel that it's not your vibe, you have every right to change your mind. We won't make a fuss – we play fair in the resistance movement, so we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
🔄 How to make a return using the self-service system ➡️ We have launched a convenient self-service system for you, so you don't have to email us to request a return:
- Log in to your customer panel: https://account.generatethevibe.pl.
- Select the order from which you want to return products.
- Click “Report return” and select the reason.
Once your request has been accepted, you will receive automatic instructions and a free return label from us, which you can use to send the package at no charge.
📅 Time to decide ➡️ You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to decide whether to return it.
👕 Product condition ➡️ We will accept a return if the product does not show signs of “urban wear” (it is clean, unworn, and has all tags attached). Please pack the shipment carefully so that it reaches us in intact condition.
💸 Refund ➡️ The money will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay, as soon as we check the package. This usually takes up to 3 business days from the moment we receive the shipment.
